The benefits of Magnetic Backing Pad :

  • The Magnetic Backing Pad makes it an easy job to change the wet diamond polishing pad.
  • Magnetic Backing Pad can extend the life of gear. Because the user replace the wet diamond polishing pad quickly and velcro's problem, a diamond polishing pad is often attached off-center on the backing pad, ex. a little bit away from the spindle, and when such a pad is rotated fast and pressed against the stone surface, the drive shaft gets affected and damages a gear.
  • With the Magnetic Backing Pad, user don't need to worry about the life of velcro on the backing pad.
User can prepare more velcro iron plates, and every velcro iron plates stick different grit wet diamond polishing pads firstly. When you are polishing and want to switch to a different grit wet diamond polishing pad, you can change the velcro iron plates quickly. It can save time and avoid wet air polisher and velcro of backing pad damage.
